Our providers may process data outside South Africa, including in the EEA, UK and United States. Where that happens we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, and require appropriate safeguards from each provider.
5. Retention
Account, learning and certificate records are kept for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to support verification and dispute handling. Transaction and tax records are retained for the period required by law (generally five years). Enquiry and support records are kept for up to three years. When information is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under POPIA and, where applicable, the UK/EU GDPR you may request access to your personal information, ask for correction or deletion, object to or request restriction of processing, request portability, and withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Email admissions@zenithwealth.org and we will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) or your local supervisory authority.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, row-level authorisation on member data and private storage for downloadable resources. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.
8. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to secure the session. Payment and video providers may set their own cookies when you open checkout or play a lesson. We do not use advertising cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser, though disabling essential cookies will prevent sign-in.
